Lisa Coleraine is the Chief Executive Officer of Penny Trail Express, Inc. In her professional life, she manages the Radiology Departments of a three-hospital system in West Tennessee and is responsible for a staff of 25 employees. She supervises the day-to-day operation of each of these departments from staffing to quality analysis and budget and compliance. She serves as the Radiation Safety Officer for West Tennessee Healthcare, Gibson County Affiliates. 

Lisa possesses a broad background in patient transport and has completed specific training in the positioning of patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics with varying physical limitations. Her twenty-five years of experience in small hospital settings have provided her with insight into the nuances of safely transporting patients by wheelchair and stretcher. This experience has alerted her to needs unmet by existing patient transport devices.

Over the past twenty years, she has successfully managed reports being given to regulatory commissions such as the American College of Radiology, the FDA and Medicare. 
  
Jill Coleraine is the Chief Development Officer of Penny Trail Express, Inc. In her professional life, she is the Community Relations Manager at the AutoZone Corporate Headquarters where she positions the company as a civic leader in the Memphis, TN community. In her role, she has developed a great knowledge in pitching presentations and fundraising. She is an influencer and advocate on women in the workplace, career development, philanthropy, volunteerism and interpersonal communications. She has a passion for developing people and social equality as she sits on two planning boards for employee resource groups that focus on the coaching of women and millennials.

Jill obtained her Bachelors Degree in Journalism with a concentration on Public Relations from the University of Memphis in 2014. She is also a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, NEXUS Protege' Program and New Memphis Institute Embark.
  
  
Phyllis Shelton currently serves as Director of Sales for Penny Trail Express. Additionally, she is President of LTC Consultants, a premier company specializing in sales training, consumer education and marketing in the long term care industry. Phyllis’ credentials include feature articles about her in the Wall Street Journal; appearances in a PBS documentary on caregiving; and interviews in USA Today, Business Week and NPR Radio.  She comes highly recommended by financial guru Suze Orman.
